The ultimate recognition of Customer Service Excellence, the airline Staff Service Excellence Awards are a true symbol of those airline staff that go "above and beyond" in terms of caring for their passengers - both onboard flights and at the airline's "home-base" airport.
The Staff Service Excellence Awards were first introduced in 2009, and provide a very visible way in which customers can recognise and in many respects thank the staff of an airline, where they have received excellent standards of service.
These Awards are based upon a very extensive selection of customer nominations, with the final judging between finalists undertaken by a panel of Skytrax most frequent and experienced airline audit specialists.
